Job responsibilities: Creating architectural drawings for various purposes, including Design, Permit and Construction. This position could also require various forms of research including code, zoning, construction details and or materials information. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of practice in architecture or construction preferred. An expert expertise of AutoCAD version 2014 or later and or REVIT. expertise of: Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Excel. candidates must have the capability to work independently with a remote CAD workstation or in an open office setting. We are located in downtown Santa Fe. If choosing to work remotely we would require face to face video meetings. Pay is negotiable with practice.
