Team Sunshine Performance CorporationTeam Sunshine Performance Corp is seeking a Community LiaisonProject Description: Over the next 9 months, Team Sunshine Performance Corporation will be working on developing and sharing a new project titled THE GREAT AMERICAN GUNSHOW. The project brings together a team to consider gun culture in America, Asian American identity, and the potential confluence of the two. $3,000 part time work from Jan 2022 through Sept 2022 (approx) Work weeks will fluctuate, averaging 4 hours/week at approximately $20/hour Ideal candidate: » Has practice being a point-person for numerous contacts at once » Is highly detailed oriented with a strong sense of self-motivated timeline » Is available for a 9 month commitment » Has practice working with Google Drive, Dropbox, and Excel » Understands the spirit of collaboration » Has a good sense of humor » Has practice in community engagement » Has excellent interpersonal and communication expertise The Community Liaison will collaborate with Team Sunshine to manage communications, logistics, and administrative elements of the community-participant component of the piece. Team Sunshine's projects evolve and change all over the creative process. We will be creating the work collectively, and the work will adapt as the project changes. Though things may change, for this specific piece, we're anticipating larger areas of focus will include: » Community engagement communications and documentation -- Communication and collaboration with the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble (Bloomsburg, PA) and Asian Arts Initiative (Philadelphia, PA) for multiple phases of the project. » Communicating changes to the project with all parties as things clarify and adapt. » Maintaining a project timeline and anticipating needs for advance planning. Anticipated Scope of Work Breakdown for Team Sunshine Community Liaison: Team Communications » Manage a process for community engagement, tracking, and documentation for multiple rounds of interviews and conversations in multiple locations. » Creating and managing master calendar for participants » Communicating regular updates to the team about the status of continuing communications » Execute and manage open calls for participants, including online and paper advertisements » Manage inquiries and maintain communication with participants including scheduling follow ups » Assist in general caretaking of relationships Spaces and Partners » Manage communication with institutional partners and community participants » Securing meeting spaces in Philadelphia and Bloomsburg Other » Collaborating with the creative and technical team to anticipate project needs and develop solutions » Updating project page on Team Sunshine's website » Other tasks as mutually agreed that lead to the success of the project To Apply: Team Sunshine Performance Corporation is an equal opportunity employer that believes that diversity strengthens our community; candidates from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply.
