We are a fast-growing firm, which provides the opportunity for each team member to be involved in specific or all aspects of each project from concept through construction, depending on the individual's interest. Projects include high-end residential (both single-family & multifamily), commercial, hospitality, aviation, cultural and interior architecture. Currently, We are pursuing a Project Architectwith significant practice in the production and coordination of contract documents. The focus of this position is to produce high-quality construction documents with thorough detailing and notation expertise and manage external consultants through all phases of the design process to ensure the drawings are properly coordinated. The Director of Production function will be designated to a confident professional who is a diligent and creative problem solver and can serve as a valuable member of OWA's collaborative and congenial work environment. Requirements » Minimum 5 years’ practice » Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school » Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD » Strong interest in modern & contemporary architecture » Strong, clear communication expertise » Strong working expertise of building codes, municipal codes and building construction » capability to multi-task on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of detail & accuracy » capability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver » Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Personal Qualities » Desire to produce significant work, passion is at the heart of our company » Independent with the capability to work in a team environment » capability to be open-minded, take in different ideas and encourage teamwork » capability to bring creative solutions to our design work Nice to Have » practice working on high-end residential, commercial, hospitality & interior architecture » Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Sketch-Up Benefits OWA offers a comprehensive benefits plan to include employer sponsored medical coverage, a progressive seniority-located PTO plan, travel program and continuing education benefits.
