Minimum requirements : B.Arch or M.Arch; several years’ practice in architecture firms; strong design skills; proficiency in Revit; construction document/production skills; strong communication skills; and capability to take direction and collaborate with others. Desirable : MA architecture license or NCARB; practice designing multi-family housing and/or K12 schools; practice with consultant coordination; capability to supervise work by others; practice in construction administration; sustainable design skills and commitment to AIA 2030; LEED AP, PHIUS, WELL or other sustainable certification.
