Our office is a collaborative studio environment committed to creating distinctive high-performance architecture for educators. We have been serving schools in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley regions for over 25 years. We are seeking for a skilled drafter/modeler/designer to support planning and design work on several school projects. Key qualifications include 4-5 years of practice with Revit and good team-working and communication expertise. Specific Job responsibilities: » Build, refine and manage, project Revit models through Schematic and DD phases of project development » Work with project design consultants to coordinate their components of the Revit Model » Assist the Project Architect to compose and develop architectural construction documents » Assist the design team by making 3D representations of alternative design solutions Appropriate qualifications: » B-Arch from a U.S. College or University » 4-5 years of professional practice detailing small to medium-size institutional buildings in Revit » Working expertise of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs » capability to communicate clearly and concisely » Basic expertise of construction materials, standards and details » capability to meet deadlines » Los Angeles area resident » Must be authorized to work in the US Three references minimum.
