Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma.Strong computer expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or other software applications relating to data entry. The use of email and internet is required. Excellent oral and written communication expertise are a must. This position will require the capability to multi-task, manage time and set priorities in order to meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Office Systems, or related field

 

Position Description

PT Small Business Center Administrative adjunct
Part-time Administrative adjunct Positionwill be responsible for initiating, coordinating, and performing administrative functions required for the effective operation and support of the Small Business Center. Expected work hours are 20-25 hours per week.
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to prosperously perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is continuously required to sit and talk or hear and make repetivitive movements with fingers and hands while working on computer. Job will occasionally require standing and walking.
