This position requires strong verbal and written communication expertise and basic expertise of Design and architecture. We are specifically seeking someone able to convert facts and technical information about buildings and design/construction processes into a written creative message that can be understood by anyone . Other essential traits include organizational and time management expertise, being detail-oriented, proactive, and multi-task. Primary Job responsibilities: · Be responsible for all written communication in PR, Social Media, Marketing proposals, Video creation, and more · Support marketing, business development, and PR initiatives, including portfolio, website, and social media · Support the Project Manager and Partner as required. · Review and keep track of all written internal technical information related to products · Support grant and proposal writing efforts Required Appropriate qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in architecture or design or communications. · Minimum 1 to 3 years of significant in marketing, ideally in the AEC industry. · Schedule flexibility and the capability to deal gracefully with unpredictable marketing deadlines are essential. · Must possess strong computer expertise. · practice with video is desirable, and background with social media platforms for use in business is a plus.
