The firm has recently expanded to Atlanta and is growing its local team. We are pursuing a talented and motivated project manager with practice in the Atlanta market. Working with the project team, the right candidates would be responsible for taking a leadership abilities function on multiple projects of various scales. This would include management and production as required all over all phases of any particular project. We are seeking for candidates that have strong design and technical expertise and a broad range of local practice. The prosperous candidate should have the following Appropriate qualifications: » 6 to 10 years project management practice, » Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution, » Strong Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Sketchup would be a plus, » practice and comfort level in taking a leadership abilities function on projects from initial concept through construction administration, » practice and capability to coordinate and produce construction documents while maintaining and improving the accuracy of a BIM model, » Strong expertise of architectural design details, » expertise of applicable local codes, » capability to communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors especially including construction administration practice and the capability to coordinate with all trades and consultants in the field, » capability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously, » capability to work on short time frames and meet deadlines, » practice in wide variety of projects including corporate interiors and residential work, » Strong design, communication, organizational and collaborative expertise, » Desire and capability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment, » Strong written and verbal communication expertise are required. income is competitive and located on practices / skill level.
