The Client Support Specialist serves as the community's first contact with the agency, pivoting between facilitating client services and supporting the team. This position coordinates our busy everyday Call-In Therapy Clinic, provides referral services, schedules appointments, and maintains electronic and hard copy health records. The ideal candidate is a friendly and confident communicator, active listener, and practiced multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
