Position Title:: USTRIVE PRISE Project Coordinator
Open to:: Internal and External candidates
Full-Time or Part-Time Status: : Part-Time
Staff Employment Type:: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Position Summary or Faculty Appropriate qualifications: The Project Coordinator would be responsible for coordinating the USTRIVE (knowledge STEM Teaching through Integrated Contexts in Everyday Life) project. They would report directly to the PRISE Program Manager. This is a part-time position of 18-20 hours per week.

tasks and Job responsibilities:: ? Oversight of specified project to ensure timely execution and completion of deliverables
? Participation in USTRIVE team decision making and planning
? Internal and external communication for project
? Coordination of logistics for project events, meetings, conferences, etc.
? Record keeping for project management (minutes, lists, purchasing, expenses and budget
management, etc.)
? Recruitment of project participants, coaches, facilitators (as needed)
? Interface with PRISE Program Manager, USTRIVE PI, project partners and participants
? Interface with evaluators
? Attend various program and project meetings
? Project specific items

Secondary Job responsibilities:: ? Assistance with reporting to funders

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:: ? Must be able to work some evenings or weekends

Hiring Range: $26-$29/hr

Minimum Requirements:: ? BA/BS degree
? practice in project management
? practice with informal or formal education

Preferred Appropriate qualifications:: ? BA/BS in Secondary STEM Education or STEM discipline

Additional Information:: This position is grant/gift funded and may end when funding is no longer available.
