This position requires Design and architecture expertise as well as strong verbal and written communication expertise. We are specifically seeking someone able to create 3D drawings, sketches and renders ( not a must). A plus is : Somebody with the capability to convert facts and technical information into a written creative message. Other essential traits include organizational and time management expertise, being detail-oriented, proactive, and multi-task. Primary Job responsibilities: · Produce detailed architectural and technical drawings, according to the requirements of the Project Managers · Incorporate changes and alterations as directed while also adding value by evaluating technical practiccapability and options · Have expertise of two and three dimensional drawings · Proficiency in AutoCAD · Develop detailed architectural, mechanical and technical drawings · Review and interpret the projects according to the requirements of the Clients Not A Must: » Be responsible for all written communication in PR, Social Media, Marketing proposals, Video creation, and more » Support marketing, business development, and PR initiatives, including portfolio, website, and social media » Support the Project Manager and Partner as required. Required Appropriate qualifications: » Bachelor's degree in architecture or design or communications. » Minimum 1 to 3 years of significant in marketing, ideally in the AEC industry. » Schedule flexibility and the capability to deal gracefully with unpredictable marketing deadlines are essential. » Must possess strong computer expertise. » practice with video is desirable, and background with social media platforms for use in business is a plus.
