We are seeking for a talented Interior Designer to join our small, collaborative team. Creativity in the design process, attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently and independently are desired traits. Job Requirements » Minimum of 1-3 years of practice at a design firm, with an Interior Design degree and background. Residential practice is a plus. » Must be extremely well-rounded with strong time-management, organizational expertise and capability to multi-task with a positive attitude. » Must have strong verbal and written communication expertise. » Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities Include: » Prepare specifications and working drawings » Select and purchase furniture, fabric, window treatments and accessories » Coordinate schedules of Designers, Vendors, and Subcontractors » Maintain Library Materials and Samples » Prepare Pricing Worksheets, Proposals, and Presentation Boards » Maintain client binders and ensure proper documentation is completed for all projects » Visit job sites and attend FFE&E installations. income located on practice.
