Brooklyn Heights-located firm seeks an adjunct Project Manager with strong design and technical expertise for work on high-end residential, historic restoration/adaptation and new construction projects. Applicant will be involved in all phases of projects, working closely with project managers and architects. this function encourages room for advancement to Project Management functions.
Job responsibilities: AutoCAD drafting at Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents phases, design, renderings, document production, detailing, research, and DOB and LPC approvals.
Appropriate qualifications: B.Arch, min. 1 year in architectural firm, strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and MS Office expertise, and excellent references. Must be able to collaborate and communicate well with others, while also be able to work independently.
