About Our Job:

Colorado Public Radio (CPR) is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Human Resource team. Our Senior Recruiter will play an important function in supporting the organization with building relationships, finding top talent and providing a high-quality candidate practice. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you will get to help us promote CPR and build a diverse, inclusive workforce that helps us represent Colorado communities.

As a Senior Recruiter, You Will:

   » Align talent and acquisition efforts to the organization's goals and objectives. Utilize skills, consulting and proactive strategies to support the organizations commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
   » Manage the full-cycle recruitment efforts on the behalf of the organization. Collaborate regularly with leaders and hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs.
   » Partner with hiring managers and significant stakeholders to negotiate offers that are equitable and align with position and organization requirements.
   » Play the function of advisor, coach and mentor to help educate hiring managers and leaders on interview and candidate selection.
   » Utilize creative sourcing strategies that help build a candidate pipeline and close any sourcing gaps. Use tools and resources to proactively source potential candidates via external organizations, boards, and social media outlets.
   » Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement marketing strategies that help promote the organization and attract candidates from underrepresented groups.
   » Establish relationships with a wide variety of professional organizations, academic institutions, and affinity groups to identify opportunities for partnerships and collaboration.
   » Employ innovation and keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends. Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on best recruiting practices.
   » Ensure candidates receive high quality and positive practice from application to offer.
   » Support internal programs connected with student-related exposure, development, and work practices.
   » Maintain a current and accurate applicant database through applicant tracking system. Create and maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
   » Participate and manage special projects and perform other tasks as assigned.

About You:

   » History of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders during strategy/design processes to attract top talent from underrepresented backgrounds.

   » Success with working in a data-driven recruitment environment.
   » Strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail and the capability to utilize independent judgement.
   » capability to think strategically and be creative when looking for a prospective talent for future needs.
   » Provides quality customer service and has the capability build relationships
   » Ethical and professional and has the capability to maintain and handle sensitive information.

Minimum Appropriate qualifications:

   » 3 years or more of talent acquisition/full-cycle recruiting and sourcing practice
   » Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college.
   » Strong expertise and practice using applicant tracking systems.
   » practice with utilizing various sourcing tools and reporting pipeline metrics.
   » High proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint

Position Information:

Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
Hiring Range: $70,000 - $85,000
Starting Pay: located on education and practice.
