We have been recognized with multiple awards from the American Institute of Architects, a Progressive Architecture Award, as winners of three recent international design competitions, and as one of A/N’s “Top 50 Architects” in the U.S. two consecutive years. Requirements + Interest in rapid career growth with parallel high degree of responsibility and ownership. + Self-starter, driven to take on more than expected and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. + Motivated to quickly lgain and improve as a professional, including developing skills in both design and technical aspects of architecture. + Extremely detail-oriented, organized, precise, and reliable. + Excellent collaborator and team player with excellent communication, improvisation, and problem-solving skills. + Enthusiastic, positive, compassionate, and supportive of others. + Desire to innovate, explore, and expand your abilities and voice as an architect, as a part of 64North as a practice, and within architecture as a discipline. Preferred + capability to act as direct client contact and lead all aspects of project communication including with clients, consultants, and contractors. + capability to manage and implement all aspects of a project from start to finish, both in design and technical aspects including systems coordination, costing, and construction administration. + Interest in learning and contributing to other disciplines practiced within 64North including landscape design, construction project management, product design, branding, and web design. + skills and interest in the building code, the process of permitting, and how buildings are constructed. + Be a licensed architect or actively working toward licensure.
