NBS Classical Music InstituteThe Nelly Berman School of Music in Haverford, PA has an opening for a full time School Administrator, who will work closely with the School Director in a fast-paced and energetic environment tohelp manage class schedules, student billing, settling issues for faculty and clientele, helping toorganize fundraising events and student/faculty concerts, and updating the School website andpromotional materials. The applicant should have strong computer skill and great interest in promoting quality music education.Job responsibilities: - Providing customer service to students by phone, e- mail, and in the school. - Problem solving scheduling issues - Registration and Invoicing - Lesson scheduling using a software system - Payroll - Create Promotional Material with the Director - Assist with concerts and scholarship events expertise of the following software is desirable: Google Forms, Docs and Sheets, WordPress for updating the websiteand Publisher for concert programs and newsletter. Hours:Full-Time (Noon - 8 PM Monday - Friday and 10AM - 2PM every other Saturday.
