Daly, Crowley, Mofford & Durkee, LLP, a midsized IP firm in the Boston area, seeks a patent attorney or agent with a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or an equivalent discipline. At least 2 years of patent prosecution practice is preferred. Firm attorneys work in a wide variety of high tech areas for large and small corporate, institutional and individual clients. Our offices are located about 10 miles southwest of Boston and hybrid working arrangements are available. Compensation and benefits competitive with downtown firms.
