Senior Graphic DesignerSenior Graphic DesignerPPA Agency, a top 10 central Ohio advertising and digital marketing agency, is seeking a full-time senior graphic designer. PPA is a faith-located agency with a family-first culture and hybrid working environment. With 37 years in business, we serve national clients in a variety of industries. Candidates should possess solid practice in developing big-picture creative strategy, executing design projects, setting up files with strict attention to detail, and must be able to complete assignments in a timely manner. This position also requires good customer service and communication expertise, as our designers work directly with clients alongside account managers. Additional practice or high-level interest in photography is very beneficial as our photography needs are expanding. In-studio and on-site location photography opportunities are possible. Senior Graphic Designer Job responsibilities: » Develop creative strategies in print and digital mediums » Create solutions that demonstrate a deep knowledge of client/project goals » Design layouts for traditional and digital mediums (no coding practice required) - knowledge of UX principles is a plus » Ensure brand consistency all over various marketing projects » Manage client projects alongside account managers from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met » Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools » Work independently and in a group setting Senior Graphic Designer Requirements: » BA/BFA/BS, Graphic Design or related field » 6-10 years of practice, preferably in an agency setting » practice working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator) and MS Office in a Mac environment (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) » High attention to detail » capability to establish and meet continuing deadlines » capability to communicate with and maintain strong client relationships Benefits PPA offers a competitive benefits package including a hybrid work environment, 401k contributions, profit sharing, paid time off, health insurance and more.Please send portfolios and resumes to E-Mail: kara.bottoms@ppaagency.com.
