We serve all women, including trans women, and nonbinary and gender diverse folx, and trans men in our individual counseling program.The Women's Initiative seeks a Part-time Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate trauma-informed clinical care, including individual and group psychotherapy. This Part-time Mental health Therapist counsels individuals and groups to develop resilience strategies and promote optimum mental health and wellbeing. Job tasks» Counsels clients, individually and in group sessions, in the development of expertise and strategies to assist in developing insight into themselves and their relationships, building resilience expertise, and navigating challenges.» Develops and implements treatment plans located on clinical practice and knowledge. Prepares and maintains records and reports. Maintains confidentiality relating to clients' treatment. » Acts as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve urgent problems in crisis situations. expertise RequiredQualifications and Education Requirements» Implements and maintains the agency's Resilience Model of care philosophy, principles, and procedures in all facets of performance » Licensed or license-eligible Master Level clinician with post-graduate counseling practice » practice offering individual and group psychotherapy » Team-oriented with a strength-located approach to services » Must be able to work evenings until 8 pm, 1-2 days per week Preferred expertise » Clinical licensure plus two years of post-graduate practice is preferred » 2-5 years post-graduate practice » knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches/modalities and integration of Resilience expertise » Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational expertise » Proficient computer expertise, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) » Bilingual, Spanish/English Additional InfoOpen until filled.
