The Aquarium Service Technician (AST) will be responsible for the continuing care and maintenance of RAD client aquarium systems as deemed by the Aquarium Services Manager. The AST will be responsible for all cleaning, maintenance, animal husbandry, and all other required measures to maintain a healthy and beautiful aquarium for our clients. The AST will also be responsible for maintaining records for each individual client service account including aquarium service reports, water chemistry logs, and billing reports in conformity with the standards set forth by the aquarium services manager. The AST will be responsible for maintaining the company service vehicle in clean presentable condition and ready for service. The AST will report directly to the Aquarium Services Manager on all matters related to aquarium maintenance service. Attention to customer service and satisfaction is paramount in the performance of all job tasks and responsibilities.
