NOTE:The examples of work for this title are for illustrative purposes only.A particular position using this title may not perform all tasks listed in this job specification.Conversely, all tasks performed on the job may not be listed. functions and Responsibilities ?Serves as a liaison for members and listeners, aiding in the resolution of complaints and questions ?Monitors the shipment of all premiums and member cards ?Provides membership content for Jazz E-News ?Assists Member Services Coordinator in ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner expertise & Abilities ?expertise and utilizationof various Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Office etc. ?capability to provide superior stewardship and customer service ?capability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently on moderate to difficult projects ?capability to effectively communicate both written and orally. Education Graduate of an accredited College or University with a Bachelor's degree in an connected field of study. Note: candidates who do not possess the required education may substitute additional practice as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty (30) semester hour credits being equal to one (1) year of practice . practice A minimum of 2 years in any clerical, administrative or customer service-located field.
