Full-service design firm seeks to fill two positions for one residential project with immediate start. We seek independent contractors with flexible scheduling and generous hourly compensation appropriate to this function. Both positions are full-time or near-full-time.
   » Designer with 3-6 years’ practice including project management. Strong AutoCAD expertise required, rendering expertise desired.
   » Designer with 2-4 years’ practice, strong AutoCAD and rendering expertise required.
In both positions you will work directly with the supervising partner to develop drawings for client presentation, filing, and construction. Project manager will be the main point of contact for consultants, with responsibility for coordination and smooth running of the project within the office as well as drawing. Supervising partner can work with you to manage if you have limited practice. Our office is a quiet and focused place to work, with two partners supervising all projects. We design in traditional and modernist styles.
