About Our Job:The Administrative Office Manager organizes and coordinates administrative operations and procedures across the organization with a focus on special projects.As a Administrative Office Manager, You Will:» Manage building & facilities issues for all CPR locations, including continuing maintenance issues, special needs, and office moves/changes. Delegate to Facilities Ambassadors as needed to meet the facilities needs of the organization.» Manage and lead CPR's General Administrative staff (Administrative staff & Listener Services staff). Develop procedures and guidelines to support the work of the General Administrative staff. » Lead special projects, coordinating internal and external resources to accomplish organizational goals and meet targets. Special projects will focus on facilities growth, FCC compliance, and other administrative work. » Manage administrative tasks for non-routine events, projects and activities, and lead the Employee Engagement Committee to carry out employee-related activities.
