Position Summary This recruitment will be used to fill multiple part-time (a maximum of 20 hours per week) Student Facilities/Maintenance positions to work with the Facilities Maintenance team at OSU-Cascades located in Bend, Oregon. Training will be provided to complete the requested work.

Position tasks Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the facilities team in routine repair and maintenance projects, for which training will be provided.
Painting
Furniture and equipment moving Hanging dry erase boards, art work, etc. Snow removal and ice remediation Wall repair
Window crank arm repair and replacement in residence hall
Shower fixture replacement
Door opener adjustments Ceiling tile installation Pressure washing building exteriors
Grounds maintenance Lighting replacement Data entry and work order management Assisting other trades as needed Driving campus maintenance equipment as needed
