Overview of the PESI Publishing Team:

The PESI Publishing team is a rapidly growing independent publisher that produces mental health treatment workbooks; professional, self-help, and parenting books; children's books; and therapy card decks. We work with Amazon and New York Times best-selling authors such as: Lori Gottlieb, Judson Brewer, Daniel Siegel, Janina Fisher, David Burns and more! Our products are designed to teach and expand clinical expertise with straightforward and practical resources to make information easily accessible. Our mission is to connect expertise with need, and in that spirit, our team is driven to create world-class educational solutions for our readers.

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
• Create and execute impactful marketing campaigns for professional, trade, and children's titles, in collaboration with our editorial, sales and digital teams
• Identify advertising opportunities for current and new titles, and manage creation of campaigns
• Develop marketing campaigns that are creative, compelling, and effective
• Produce engaging graphics for marketing, either independently or in collaboration with our design team
• Co-create email marketing campaigns with our digital marketing team
• Measure marketing campaign data and report on overall marketing performance to include various channels and metrics
• Utilize metrics to drive informed business decisions
• Establish best practices for our team around outreach to influencers-including planning and executing mailings to author lists, affiliates and our own lists
• Write press releases and drive media outreach for unpaid and paid promotion

What You Bring to the Team: (expertise and requirements)
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, and/or related field
• 2-4 years of digital marketing practice
• Strong expertise of social platforms including, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Working expertise of HTML
• practice with Hubspot, Silverpop, or other email marketing systems
• Skilled in graphic design programs like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• capability to create and edit video content for multi-platform use and distribution.
• Creative copy writing practice and excellent communication expertise
• capability to work independently
• availability to take data-driven, calculated risks
• Adept multitasking expertise with the capability to quickly adapt to shifting goals and deadlines
