Minimum QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Human Resources best practices and an knowledge of key Human Resources systems and processes; practice with data analysis; excellent communication and relationship management expertise; practice with PeopleAdmin, and/or Colleague preferred; minimum two years' practice in Human Resources field preferred.
Preferred QualificationsRequires Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Position DescriptionThe Human Resources Business Analyst plays a critical function in the collection, structuring, analysis, and reporting of data. The tasks of the analyst include multiple functions designed to support overall functions of the HR department and maintain quality and accuracy within data systems.You will coordinate annual enrollment for employee benefits; Conduct analysis of data and make recommendations located upon results; supervise digitization of personnel files; Assist with implementation of an online hiring and onboarding process; Conduct criminal background checks on new employees; Provide technical training as needed; Perform quality checks on all payroll prior to submission; Assist with general operations within the HR department as requested.
