WORK SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION We are a 7 day operation between the months of March till November. This position requires a flexible schedule for workdays, weekends, holidays, and after-hour events. Our Food & Beverage adjunct Manager has a full-time work schedule. Compensation starts at $15.00hr, negotiable located on practice. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN adjunct FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER AT JBZ As the adjunct Food & Beverage adjunct Manager you will be a function model for all our seasonal staff by demonstrating positive action, attendance, and guest services. In this position you will establish standards for food preparation and service, including food quality, standardized recipes and portion size. The adjunct Food & Beverage Manager will also maintain accurate inventory and follow procedure for properly receiving, storing, and distributing food and supplies. In this position you will need to use creativity and a positive attitude to deal with problems quickly on a everyday basis. As the adjunct Food & Beverage adjunct Manager you will be responsible for the training of all food service employees. This will also include scheduling, resolving conflict, coaching, promoting teamwork, and performance management. QUALIFICATIONS FOR adjunct FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER » capability to communicate with employees, co-workers, managers and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. » capability to lead, motivate, and manage work teams to support organizational objectives and goals. » Excellent interpersonal, guest service, leadership abilities, communication, analytical, decision-making and problem solving expertise are required. » Excellent organizational and communications expertise. » Must have at least 2 years of cash handling practice » Requires 2 years practice in Food & Beverage, management practice preferred. » Serve-Safe and Alcohol Safety certified required or the capability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment Are you ready to work wild ?
