Our programs are FREE to schools thanks to sponsors. During the pandemic, our educational shows have shifted to a virtual format with livestreams and online recordings. These programs are coordinated by the School Communications department, who promote, schedule and facilitate these programs.This job: You help to facilitate a multi-state K-12 energy conservation program, which is designed to educate students in the importance of energy conservation, activate students and their parents to save energy with free energy efficiency kits, and incentivize participation with monetary compensates. You will assist with school and family communications, as well as help to organize program information and data. Principle Job responsibilities: *Perform communications via phone, email, and mail to assist educators and families and encourage program participation *Answer program phone hotline and manage email inboxes *Execute school communications to chase leads and effectively activate schools *Facilitate school, family and teacher compensates to coordinate payment and *Organize, verify and correct data related to program participation (teacher and household registrations, etc.) *Actively follow up and assist school contacts with scheduling NTC performances; plan and communicate logistical details for scheduled performances *Report regularly on communication progress, leads and activities *Strategize effective outreach tactics, messaging and methods of communication with School Communications Managers and representatives *Utilize Salesforce CRM as effective information and planning tool for all marketing and scheduling efforts *Actively participate in regular staff meetings Work Schedule/Pay: Pay is $17/hour. This position is available on a school year contract from now - June 17, 2022 and requires up to 40 hours of work per week, within the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday - Friday. Scheduling is flexible. PTO available commensurate with hours worked. Remote Work: This is a remote position. Representative must have reliable internet access and have access to a computer with a working audio jack. NTC provides an internet reimbursement of $30/month.
