We serve all women, including trans women, and nonbinary and gender diverse folx, and trans men in our individual counseling program.The Women's Initiative seeks a Part-time Resilience Educator to lead the implementation of our resilience-located educational initiative that focuses on providing health and human service workers and community members with psychoeducation and wellness support related to the COVID-19 pandemic and racial injustice. This position reports to the Resilience Programs Director. expertise RequiredQualifications and Education Requirements» Implements and maintains the agency's Resilience Model of care philosophy, principles, and » procedures in all facets of performance » Licensed or license-eligible Master Level clinician with post-graduate counseling practice or similar position and level of practice » practice facilitating community education & outreach » Demonstrated capability to provide wellness and mindfulness interventions for community members » Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational expertise Preferred expertise » In-depth expertise of Charlottesville community organizations, resources, and social services institutions » expertiseable in telehealth platforms/virtual conferencing use and best practices » Proficient computer expertise, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) » practice in electronic medical records software » Familiar with Charlottesville history and culture, and nonprofits and community organizations » Bilingual, Spanish/English Additional InfoOpen until filled.
