We are committed to providing compassionate care that is free or low cost and maintains the highest standard of excellence in an environment that is welcoming, safe, and supportive. We serve all women, including trans women, and nonbinary and gender diverse folx, and trans men in our individual counseling program.The Women's Initiative seeks a Part-time Resilience Educator to lead the implementation of our resilience-located educational initiative that focuses on providing health and human service workers and community members with psychoeducation and wellness support related to the COVID-19 pandemic and racial injustice. This position reports to the Resilience Programs Director. expertise RequiredQualifications and Education Requirements» Implements and maintains the agency's Resilience Model of care philosophy, principles, and » procedures in all facets of performance » Licensed or license-eligible Master Level clinician with post-graduate counseling practice or similar position and level of practice » practice facilitating community education & outreach » Demonstrated capability to provide wellness and mindfulness interventions for community members » Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational expertise Preferred expertise » In-depth expertise of Charlottesville community organizations, resources, and social services institutions » expertiseable in telehealth platforms/virtual conferencing use and best practices » Proficient computer expertise, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) » practice in electronic medical records software » Familiar with Charlottesville history and culture, and nonprofits and community organizations » Bilingual, Spanish/English Additional InfoOpen until filled.
