Position Description(First Year practice and Minority Male Success Initiative) Collect and monitor data to meet objectives; plan, manage, recruit and provide instruction as needed;develop and implement policies, procedures and organizational structure of FYE Orientation, Mentoring, First-Year Seminar, Learning Communities, etc.; lead MMSI program development, events, recruitment, vision and goals; outreach, recruit, and coordinate opportunities with at-risk students to increase engagement; develop tools and evaluate both summarily and formatively; administration of programming in Person and Caswell Counties.
