We are pursuing a candidate with 5-10 years of practice to assist us on an array of projects from inception to completion. Excellent REVIT expertise required, and practice with multifamily and hospitality projects is a plus. Should have Junior Project Manager or Project Manager practice. The function will also require the capability to self-manage as well as manage others, and requires practice and capcapability of producing construction documents, coordinating consultants, architectural detailing, permitting related efforts, and directing others in such efforts, preferably without broad oversight. In addition to holding a degree from an accredited university, ideal candidates must also have expertise and practice that will enable them to actively contribute to the process from inception through completion. Professional tasks shall include but not be limited to project management, project scheduling, consultant coordination, construction documents, construction documents detailing and quality control, permitting, assistance in construction administration.
