Job responsibilities: » Work closely with principal designer/architect on all phases of design projects » Transform hand sketch and/or other raw designs into detailed drawing » Prepare detailed architectural instructions and designs for construction » Develop and distribute architectural and working drawings on schedule » Collaborate towards optimal architectural solutions for construction » Prepare working drawings to show details, elevations, perspectives, plans and structural interiors » Assist the design team in superviseing onsite construction meetings and work » Adhere to project schedules » Able to fulfill some administrative / managerial tasks, but not the primary function. » Interest in / able to update website (square space) and social media sites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.) practice/Appropriate qualifications: The ideal candidate for this function will have the following practice and capabilities: » BA/BS in Architecture or related field » 5-7 years of professional work practice » Detail-oriented and strong organizational expertise » Reliable and professional » Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication expertise » Passion for design and architecture » Team player with a positive attitude expertise: » ArchiCAD » Adobe or Affinity suite » Sketchup » practice with rendering software, ie; Twinmotion/Lumion » LEED accreditation (not required) Applications: Please submit resumes and samples of your work by e-mail:E-Mail: maureen@pratt-ds.com .
