Philadelphia International Music FestivalThe Philadelphia International Music Festival - aresidentmusic program for students from all over the U.S. and around the world, is now accepting applications for an Associate CampDirectorfor the 2022 summer season. candidates must have campdirectorpractice (or related event-planning practice) and be able to work remotely 8-10 hours per week from now through May, and then reside on campus in Philadelphia for the last two weeks in June, and the last two weeks in July. Interested candidates, please email a cover letter and resume to: E-Mail: jacob.heil@pimf.org.This position will entail: » Interviewing/hiring summer camp staff » Creating schedules for all camp counselors pre-camp; executing the schedule while in-session » superviseing student safety and activities on-site » Tracking and maintaining detailed records of student attendance at all classes and activities » Ensuring the safe transportation of all students to/from the festival via the Philadelphia International Airport » superviseing administrative, non-medical activities of the medical staff » Other administrative tasks as assigned by the PIMF Administrative Team A prosperous applicant will have: » A minimum of two years of camp director practice » Child care / supervision practice » A passion for working with children in an educationalenvironment Other administrative positions, including: Solo Performance Program Administrator and Resident Life Director are also available.
