We are seeking for talented individuals who not only challenge the norm, but challenge us as a team. function Overview We are seeking for an exceptional architect to help Atmos productize custom home building and make home construction affordable and accessible to all. As a critical member of our rapidly expanding product and design team, you will plan amazing homes, improve our drafting processes, and help design the next generation of architectural automation technology. Responsibilities You will: » Produce architectural deliverables for single family homes in close coordination with our sales and construction teams » Create thoughtful design solutions personalized to each home owners' needs » Meet with customers alongside our sales and construction managers to understand their needs and share revisions » Develop and systematize design solutions (both functional and aesthetic) that can scale across all kinds of Atmos homes » Work closely with our software engineering, visualization, and home building teams to align and improve internal processes Qualifications You have: » A B. Arch or M. Arch degree » 4+ years work practice in delivering architectural projects in the US » broad practice in Revit, as well as working expertise in other design software (Rhino, AutoCAD, etc) » Some practice in single-family/prefab home design » A track record of personal accountcapability, and a high standard of integrity and professionalism » A desire to learn, grow and get in on the ground floor of a company that is changing how homebuyers build homes You are: » Highly attentive to detail, and willing to present only the highest-quality work to customers » Resilient and motivated to succeed in the face of new and/or unforeseen challenges » A team-player with a strong desire to help improve internal processes » Excellent at communicating with various external and internal stakeholders » Flexible and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment » Passionate about building home and expanding housing access Atmos is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
