The prosperous candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of practice working in Revit on large scale projects. Preference will be given to those with practice in the design of aviation projects. If you have motivation plus practice and a strong design capcapability, coupled with a professional attitude and attention to detail, you may qualify for this opportunity. Position Description We are pursuing a highly motivated Architectural Designer with a minimum of 5 years of practice to consult on a large scale, aviation project in the Construction Document phase. Construction Documents will be produced in Revit as will coordination with other design disciplines. Essential tasks and Qualifications » Degree from an Accredited Architectural Design School » Drafting architectural plans in Revit » Preparing construction documents » Assisting with construction administration » Preparing presentation materials To Join Us, You Must have the Following Capabilities » knowledge of construction drawings, requirements, and standards » Technical skills » Expert proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to Revit, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe Suite. » Collaborative and professional work ethic, team player » capability to be flexible in multi-tasking and assignment adjustments. » Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills » capability to effectively meet deadlines. » Strong organizational and time management skills » capability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment with supervision. » Sense of urgency, quickly responding to urgent matters » Creative thinking and problem-solving skills » Professional yet personable demeanor » Detail oriented with strong analytical skills » Proactive nature and initiative » capability to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgment In addition to our competitive wages and incentives, we provide the opportunity to become an integral part of the continued growth of our organization.
