PRINCIPAL Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for showing excellent customer service expertise including a calm and professional phone manner and the capability to take complete and accurate messages. 2. Responsible for serving as an interpreter when needed, and must be fluent in Spanish and English. 3. Responsible for multitasking in a busy office environment where there is a continual need to prioritize. 4. Responsible for proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including development and use of Excel, spreadsheets, graphs, charts, PowerPoint and word processing. 5. Responsible for developing contracts, processing purchase order requisitions, timesheets and managing payroll paperwork. 6. Responsible for maintaining an organized filing system and to track multiple staff activities and departmental operations through quarterly work log data collection; and timely collection and organization of staff goals and evaluative documentation. 7. Responsible for communication with other departments in WPS as well as multiple community organizations. 8. Responsible for availability to lgain new expertise, as needed. 9. Responsible for superviseing and managing an array of continuing tasks and special projects. 10.
