Graphic Designer & Content Creator

LINK is growing, and We are pursuing an enthusiastic, creative Graphic Designer & Content Creator who is excited to jump in, make a positive impact, and help shape the future of LINK! As a Graphic Designer & Content Creator, you'll be an integral member of the Marketing Team at LINK, supporting our community marketing initiatives and the LINK brand. You will have the opportunity to create new brand identities, design a wide variety of print and digital collateral, and flex your photography expertise. You'll work collaboratively with individuals and teams, knowledge their unique challenges and integrating feedback to create strong, solution-focused designs.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
   » Design a wide variety of marketing materials-print, digital, templates, apparel, signage, etc
   » Create designs consistent with defined brand guidelines
   » Concept, create and define new brands
   » Ensure consistent brand visuals across all marketing materials and channels
   » Shoot and edit a wide variety of photography and light video
   » Prepare files for production and maintain an organized library of packaged files and assets
   » Assist in website design, updates, and content creation through CMS
ABOUT YOU
   » Bachelor's degree OR in the process of actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or equivalent is required
   » 1-3 Years of visual communication or graphic design practice
   » Proficient with Google Suite applications or willing to learn
   » The portfolio is required for consideration
   » Demonstrate excellent design fundamentals-composition, hierarchy, typography, etc
   » Demonstrate creative thinking expertise, using design to communicate clearly and effectively
   » practice executing on creative direction
   » practice in all stages of visual design, from concept through production
   » practice with photography-demonstrating strong composition, lighting, and editing expertise
   » Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
   » Strong attention to detail and accuracy
   » Enjoy a collaborative environment and inspire others with your attitude and actions
   » Motivated self-starter and strong problem solver, with a desire to continually lgain and grow
   » Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, comfortable managing multiple projects
