The candidate will take the lead on residential projects currently in these phases, while also assisting with projects in more preliminary phases. Other position requirements include: » practice with both high-end residential work and affordable housing design. » practice coordinating drawing sets. » practice working directly with clients. » practice managing on-site meetings with contractors, building and owner representatives, etc. » Strong written and verbal communication expertise, meeting coordination and management. » Familiarity with NYC building code and filing procedures. » Proficiency with Autocad, Adobe Suite and Rhino with strong 3D modeling expertise. » Strong leadership abilities and organizational capcapability with practice working in a team. Our office is located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and the candidate will be expected to work in the office and travel to site meetings in the metropolitan area as required. income will be commensurate with capability and practice.
