Responsibilities » Provide design support for completion/execution of design concepts. » Contribute to the overall look and feel of projectinteriors with direction from senior staff. » Contribute to the development of space planning concepts and generate program documents. » Assist in selecting finishes for various projects and input data into finish schedules; furniture & floor pattern plans and diagrams as necessary. » Create project material finish palettes as needed. Research, source and order materials/ finishes. » Source FF&E and produce specifications & purchase orders. » Follow and stay on schedule with assigned tasks and responsibilities » Review pricing, materials and customization for projects » Maintain and manage the firm’s materials library. Meet with architectural product representatives as needed to ensure the most up-to-date materials. » Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Qualifications » 2-3 years’ full-time practice in a design firm is a must. » Bachelor's degree in related field, with a rigorous design education » expertise of FF&E products, specifications, colors and materials » expertise of Construction Documents and procedures » Strong communication expertise » Excellent analytical and problem-solving expertise » Outstanding graphic presentation expertise » Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Vectorworks, Photoshop, Sketch-up and the Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency of Microsoft Office is required.
