We financially support organizations fighting for causes we care about – like Color of Change, Planned Parenthood, RAICES, and Cookie Cart – and we aren't afraid to speak our minds about the things we're passionate about.We are pursuing a studio adjunct to help with all aspects of jewelry production and sales, and generally keep our wheels turning. This is an ideal position for someone who appreciates fashion, sales, and jewelry-making, and has great communication and attention to detail. This position means working with a team and wearing many hats. On any given day, you might be helping with packaging, shipping, jewelry making, counting, or maybe taking out the trash. The right candidate has an eye for quality, a passion for customer service, and a preference for a busy work environment. You perform tasks quickly, efficiently, accurately, and with good communication. You're happy to take on any project thrown your way and see Information technology through to completion. candidates that also have practice making jewelry will go to the top of the list, and practice in retail and wholesale operations is a plus, but the right personality is more important than practice. Position includes: • Assisting with production, like packaging jewelry, quality checks, counting, and stocking. • Working the showroom and assisting customers. Maintaining a tidy studio showroom. • Assisting with fulfillment, like pulling and packing orders. • Assisting around the studio, like organizing or taking out the trash. • Working retail events in the twin cities (and sometimes beyond!) Position is: • Part-time (non-exempt): 20-40 hours per week • Paid hourly: $15-$19/hr • Benefits include: PTO/Sick Leave/Retirement IRA • Monday through Saturday • Fully in-person at our studio – this is not a remote or hybrid position Qualifications or requirementsOur ideal candidate has the following:• Available to work weekends • Available to work 20+ hours a week • Positive, can-do attitude • Reliable and good communication expertise • capability to balance speed with accuracy • availability to care • availability to swear • practice in jewelry-making, Trello, retail, manufacturing, and/or ecommerce fulfillment, are all a plus but not required.
